Summary: I won't do a detailed review of this camera, as other people have done a much better job than I ever could. So I will just discuss my experience with it. I've been a paid semi pro photographer for about 10 years now, portrait, events and college sports. I've also worked as a paid photographer for a multitude of marathons and other races that come to town. Over the years I've shot with a long list of DSLRs (Sony, Pentax, Nikon and Canon).
Summary: I must be frank, the cost for this camera is a good deal (body only). The three lenses are Canon's lowest quality and will be replaced soon but they are as described. The bags are ok and do protect the camera. The other lenses only screw on the Canon lenses and I have not needed to use them yet. They seem OK. The tripod is fine for the cost and holds the camera steady. The extra flash does not seem any better that the built in flash.
Summary: I really like to have my 7d. It is a great camera and the only lens I really like from this package is 50mm. The package included everything they promised except that for some reason instead of receiving canon battery with the camera, they sent me a cheap one. So I call them right the way and they sent me the new canon battery for free and I still kept the other one. Their costumer service is amazing! Would definitely buy again from Big Mike Electronics!
Summary: I bought this as my first professional camera. It is a great camera but the large telephoto lense isn't compatiable with Canon auto-focus so you are trying to focus and take the shot all in one. The tri-pod is cheap and with the big lense and the camera it tips over very easy. The back pack buckel broke in the first two weeks of having it. Now I would be these items independent instead of thinking this is a good deal.
Conclusion: After saving up for more than 2 years to buy this camera and several L lenses, I am very disappointed with the external flash hotshoe. I have a Canon Speedlite 480 II. The hotshoe on the camera is cheap and stiff and I have to fiddle with the flash each time I attach it as the camera does not recognize it is attached. I've had the camera since June 2012 and have had this problem right from the start. I am always fearing it is going to fail.
Conclusion: I've used the 7D for almost two years now. I love the feel of the body and the features it provides. I used a 1D MkIII before it and found the focus speed at least comparable if not better. For outdoor, bright light situations, I've found the performance to be superb. However, lower light situations are another story. I quickly noticed the higher ISO (800+) resulted in noise levels that were totally unacceptable.
Pros: good battery life, quiet, Nice features/settings, Quick Start-up time, Superior build quality, Bright LCD, Solid Operation
