difficult to use, cannot use aftermarket batteries

Summary: The camera takes amazing pictures - when it wants to. The settings are not very intuative and I find myself constantly having to read the manual to find out why it is refusing to take a picture. When in video mode the autofocus is nearly useless. This makes filming yourself darn near impossible because someone has to be "At the helm" constantly adjusting the autofocus which should be renamed to headache generator.
Summary: I am new to this whole camera thing so i did as much research as possible and the bundles that are on sale at Amazon were the way to go. However you still get a bunch of stuff that you don't really need or can't use. for exam the two usb cables one is a general cable the other is this high speed gold hd cable. Second the bag is way to small for the stuff it comes will to pack in there.
Excerpt: I've recently upgraded to Canon EOS 700D and indeed so far I'm very happy with it. However it confuses me why it wouldn't auto-focus my old Sigma 10-20mm and Sigma 18-200mm lenses neither in still nor in movie mode unlike my very old 350D did.
Summary: I bought this camera package to take on a vacation to Mazatlan. Every time I brought the camera out of the air conditioned room out into the 85* weather, the lens would fog. Not just the external lens, but internal lenses and body-side lens also. After waiting 30 minutes for fog to evaporate, the sunset was long gone. I also tried the camera body with my older, Canon AF lenses at home and they were incompatible.
Summary: The camera was in great condition, and all the lenses are amazing, but most of the extra things do not fit the camera. The extra battery is for the t3i and does not fit, and the 3 filters do not fit either. Generally, everything works fine, it would just be nice if all the things I paid for fit. Probably will not buy from them again.
Summary: I bought this camera as an upgrade for my 600d. There are some nice new features and overall I'd say it was a worthy purchase. The issue I had was it took 3 replacements to find a body that didn't have dead or stuck pixels. It would seem that pixel issues is endemic with digital slr cameras. But 2 of the 3 cameras I received had clusters of bad pixels. Amazon was excellent as usual but canon had little help to offer.
