Canon Does Not Stand By Thier Warranty

Summary: Length:: 0:10 Mins 9 months in to owning this camera the flash malfunctioned and would not release because the spring release was stuck. I sent it in for repair and Canon sent me repair cost of 205.02 because a sticky substance was the cause of the flash not opening. They would not cover it under warranty because of this sticky substance. In the 9 months of use this camera I was either shooting pictures or in its case.
Summary: I purchased a camera kit from photo4less . When i opened the packaging i got a broken leg of tripod . And after sometime i noticed that one lens which is canon 18-55mm wasn't working on autofocus (AF)mode . Then i rung to photo4less and told them whole story they said you have got 3 years international warranty so you can fix that free of cost in your country from canon service center.
Summary: I have to say this the worse experience I have ever had in my online shopping. The set they sold was defective and they dropped the price in a short time after my purchase. But they refused to match the price and regarding return, there were several communications which finally made me unable to return the set. This is not the first time I have purchased camera from then, but definitely the last time.

Excerpt: I buy this camera kit as a gift to my daughter , she is starting doing videos and is using my Pro camera , so , is mandatory to find a camera for her. Sadly, after a few minutes of use in video mode , the camera and the lens start doing strange things, like stop focusing in auto or manual , camera still on , even when the camera is off, freeze , giving errors in the back screen asking to put the lens back.
Summary: Package arrive on time (as ususal with Amazon) The bundle comes with a lot extras. But the main lens the EF-S 18-55 was not there. There was a EF-MM in the box but that lens does not fit the T5i. A call to Amazon customer service was a nightmare. The representitive was rude spoke broken english that require repeating information several times. After trying to speak to this person for about 45 minutes nothing was resolved.
Summary: I ordered the EOS Rebel T5i along with a wireless shutter release and and eye cup and paid for expedited shipping. The shutter release and eye cup were delivered two days after I placed my order. The camera, however, came regular free shipping and arrived several days later. I paid more for shipping on the two small items than they were worth.
