Summary: I bought a 6D Fall 2013 and have been on a shooting binge, gaining a good feel for the features and performance of this camera. I also own a 5D MK II and 60D so it's hard not to notice the 6D is a marriage of the two older cameras: full frame innards of the 5D MKII coupled with the petite form...
Excerpt: I used the 50D for years, it lasted and lasted. It was rugged and sharp for an entery, I chose to upgrade to a 6d. Ive been in for warrenty two times, resulting in two different brand new 6d. and they continue to fail me. 1: the dial selection cap which has the icons on it keeps falling off.
Pros: Easy To Use, High ISO Performance
Cons: Noisy At High ISO, Poor Image Quality, Poor Image Stabilization, Small LCD Screen
Excerpt: I've been waiting for a more economical full-frame sensor Canon to upgrade from my 11 year old 20D. I'd love to have one, but I just couldn't justify the $ more for a 5D MIII. No regrets with this purchase!
Pros: Good Image Quality, High ISO Performance, Large Clear LCD, Quiet
Excerpt: This is a full frame body so you get all the benefits of that. There are a few reasonably advanced options, one of the strong ones being WiFi. However, it is getting rapidly outdated as all the cameras now are offering more advanced options and user controls and ways of using the camera.
Excerpt: We use this camera for Wedding photography. The build quality isn't as nice as the mk2 and mk3, but it's still solid. More importantly, the image quality is very comparable to these more expensive models. Excellent camera.

Summary: The Polaroid PLBTCNLPE6 battery that comes in the kit DOES NOT WORK with the Canon 6D. Says Communication error when inserted into the camera. And WILL NOT CHARGE using the canon charger. Blinks repeatedly indicating communication error. Make sure you sell batteries that work with the camera.
