Summary: I have owned this camera since they first came out on the market in June of 2012. I was so excited to get the T4i Canon announced it was the most sophisticated rebel ever and that got my attention.
use a DSLR instead of a point and click for your kids pictures

Summary: If you have little kids, do yourself a favor and buy a DSLR. It doesnt have to be a T5i (could be a T4i or T3i) but you will see a marked improvement in the quality of your pictures even if you use it as a point and click (which is mostly how i use it).
Summary: Purchased this camera for my husband. It takes great pictures! We recently took a trip to Machu Picchu and the Galapagos islands and this camera captured our adventures so well! The photos are beautiful.

Summary: I have owned this camera for a few years now. This is my first DSLR camera and it has changed my love for photography. I believe that every parent should own a camera like this to capture those special moments that appear as though a professional photographer captured your personal moments.
Summary: This camera has excellent quality. I recently sold this camera and now I am regretting it. It is a bit on the heavy side with the STM lens but it has some excellent features and the images are very detailed.
