Summary: I have had this camera for less than one year now, and will be returning it for service. The camera will not auto focus at infinity! A hole in a sheet of paper will, however! I have owned several Canon cameras in the past, and I loved them, However, this one sucks. It actually takes much, much worse pictures than a cheap Nikon I also reviewed here and called a piece of junk.
Summary: Given the high price of this camera alone, I should've skipped the bundle pack. The accessories (minus the Canon lenses) were low quality and some were damaged upon arrival. Although the supplier was responsive with upgrading the replacements, the replaced tripod was still defective. I gave up on reporting the damage and just did without it which is disappointing to me.
Summary: The camera and lenses are as expected, but the bundle is below acceptable. Both tripods are shakey, the 2x telephoto does not work, and the camera bag is flimsey. I would only buy the camera and lens if I would do this again.
Summary: Two Cameras in 6 mos, One -first one purchased started acting up could get no help from anyone Second started acting up second day I had it still know help from anyone contacted Canon myself then e-mails started arriving with concerns as if they couldn't understand why im unhappy Lost 4 jobs to not having equitment and I have to pay to return cameras IM PISSED

Summary: I had the same issue as one of the other posters. What is Focus Camera up too? This listed this last week as a deal and I ordered on and today they cancelled it. They also listed the same deal on eBay. I wonder if any shipped? What is this a bait and switch scam. Focus Camera is commenting FRAUD.
Summary: This item has been jumping to my shopping cart when I did NOT put it there. I just ordered $160 worth of items, and realizing I had forgotten another $40 item I wanted: started a 2nd order. My cart showed 1 item at $40, but when I went to choose shipping speed, all of a sudden this $800 camera is in my shopping cart!!! This occurred not once, but TWICE in a row. Could this company have some method of doing this, or is it simply a bug?
Summary: For the price I figured this was refurbished. However, I assumed they corrected all mistakes prior to reselling. First Warning; Put in a freshly charged battery and the camera did not turn on. After switching it on and off 2/3 more times; It turned on. I immediately sampled the video recording option, as I would mainly be using this feature for shooting website commercials and short films.
