Love this camera, kit is stupid.
16 September 2013
Summary: 1) Memory card wouldn't even read on the camera, or any of my computers or even with the "memory card reader" that came with it. 2) Was expecting the Canon bag, got a cheap smaller bag... but that wasn't a big deal. 3) Afraid to use the battery since it's made by the same company that made the defective memory card.. So its useless. 4) Really only bought this bundle for the tripod, even though its a cheap tripod.... It'll do for now.
Summary: Great price for all the goodies. Got mine from Focus directly and was satisfied with quality. The SD card was a SONY class 10, which surprised me since I was expecting a cheapo class 4. Same with the camera bag, some other reviews stated it was cheap, I think it was great, plenty of cushion and very customizable. Bought it as a gift for someone, all was good quality.
Summary: Very pleased with camera and lenses, but bag is horrible. The bag included in the kit is not big enough to hold camera, additional lense, and battery charger. All I can get into my bag is my camera, 18-55mm lense, and charger. Very disappointed that they don't include a bag that is completely functional.
Summary: The camera arrived on time, and was in perfect condition. The camera takes clear pictures, and the items in bundle were great addition so I didn't have to go around purchasing items myself. The stock lens personally is t that great. Yes it takes clear pics but zoom and focal length far under my expectations. Only problem I had was the freaking tripod broke when like when I took it out the box and tried to set it up.
Summary: All the items came in perfect conditions and exactly as expected. The items are in a very good price and I'm really satisfied with the purchase. I recommend this camera for the ones like me who are starting in the DSLR world.
Summary: The T3i arrived on time as promised - first shot straight out of the box (on automatic) was more than spectacular. We are, at present experimenting on auto and manual - every shot is just perfect, not our ability but the camera's. Our pervious digital was an Olympus point and shoot which was a fine little pocket camera, still a keeper as it is one of those water/shock proof models.
