Summary: Probably the best compact camera i have had the pleasure to own, battery life is very good and the picture sharpness is of the highest i have seen, it fits nicely along side my Nikon SLR enabling me to take a quick photo at a moments notice.
Summary: I have had one before so I new what I was buying although it is advertised as IXUS 900Ti it is actually a US model with a different name delivered. Only that I know there is no difference except the name otherwise there could of been confusion. New and in box with all accessories so pleased with purchase. Only gave 4 stars due to the advertised name, otherwise 5 stars.
Summary: I paid a huge amount of money when I bought this years ago and it has now no longer available, (understandably). It was cutting edge technology back then with a huge 10 mega pixel clout way ahead of it's time but has been superseded by technology. Sadly after many years of faithful service it finally appears to be on it's last legs and struggles to focus unless turned on and off a few times. Shame as it's been a brilliant camera. Compact, smart and a constant companion.
Summary: Canon IXUS 900 Ti Digital Camera (10.0MP, 3x optical zoom) I have used this camera (I bought mine in Asia it's called the IXY 1000) for the last 4 years and what a superb piece of kit it is. It is Mainly used for my scuba underwater diving camera with a marine pack down to a maximum of 40 meters. The camera works a treat easy to use with the marine pack and what excellent pictures and video it takes.
Summary: If you are buying this camera have in mind that it does not have Image Stabliser. Which simply means your picture is more likely to be blury if your hand shakes. I have had this camera since 2007 and have found the lack of image stabliser a real let down specialy when flash is not used, unless you are using a tripod. good battery life, stonge flash. However it does not tell you that you are low in battery untill the battery is nearly flat (no battery life indicator).
