Summary: I am a home inspector and because I needed a camera to take pictures during home inspections, I was looking at a camera that would be both inexpensive and able to stand up to rain and dirty-dusty conditions. This camera fit the bill perfectly. The photos are clean and sharp. The flash is strong and lights up an attic even if there is no lights up there. The waterproof side comes in handy when I have to take pictures in the rain.
Summary: We take our family to float the river for a week every summer. I always have a waterproof camera with me to take down the river. It stays in the float so doesnt ever actually get submerged, unless a quick dip for a few seconds. On our second day of use the camera was showing fog under the lens and all of our pictures were foggy. If I kept it on top of the float, no where close to the water then the pictures were fine...
Summary: I would not recommend this camera to anyone. It's supposed to be 12 Megapixels but it's very poor quality. I returned mine. WalMart did make the return process very easy. I returned it to a local store.
Summary: I guess it's true you get what you pay for. With 12 megapixels I expected to get a very good picture but it's much worse than my 6 megapixel Kodak. I trusted the name Bell & Howell because they've been around a long time but I shouldn't have. I would not recommend this camera to anyone.
Summary: I bought this camera for a trip to the caribean islands on ebay but I have elected to write my review on Amazon. I am totally disapointed with this piece of junk. The batteries do not last more than 30 minutes and sometimes even less. Buy something more expensive; at least you should be better off with a better camera.
Summary: This little camera takes great pictures, was amazing under the water. Once I figured out how to plug it into my computer (camera needs to be turned on!) it uploaded easily and pictures were beyond what I expected.
