Excerpt: I purchased the Licina just to try it out. The Lucina is advertised as a "starter" keyboard. Do not be mislead! This board has professional sounds that can be used live or in the studio as a MIDI sound source. The sounds in the Lucina are better than the Roland Juno Di in certain patches (pianos, organs). I like the feel of the keys as well. Not as good as the keys on the AX MIDI controller but pretty good nevertheless.
Excerpt: keyboard style guitar synth touch 3 octaves (typical keyboards roland master of the moment ...). 150 sounds (a bit of everything). no effect / no editing. pitch and modulation wave filter accessible by DBEAM. MIDI connectors (only Out) - USB (MIDI In & Out - No Audio) - Audio In (mini jack) and Out (x2 = mono jack stereo). MP3 player built-in USB key.
Excerpt: You can get the Roland Lucina AX-09 in White or in Black with both units being exactly the same except the color. This handled synthesizer is very portable and compact. Though it only has 37 notes, you can still reach all of your octaves easily. You can run this by a battery or with an AC adapter that comes with it. The battery life last a good amount of time. You will not get a a lot of sounds with the Lucina but you will get some really good once.
