Awesome Synth

  • Excerpt: I use this synth in my church's praise band. We upgraded from a cheaper home keyboard to this synthesizer and wow what a difference. The sound is richer and more real and the action of the keys is off the charts. Not to mention the thousands of sounds literally at my fingertips!!!
  • Pros: Easy to Use, Portable, Pre-programmed music, Realistic Sound, Responsive / Good Action, Touch Sensitive Keys

great synth, but don't count on hooking this to a computer, the software is.... outdated?

  • Summary: This is a great, easy to use, keyboard/synth. for the price, that sounds great with even minimal power drivers. In other words: Great keyboard action, intuitive labeling of buttons, and supply your own powered speakers. But none computer software included worked with any OS. I tried 3 Windows versions: W7, Vista, and XP. The programs aren't even Plug and Play friendly...

A lot of surprises in a small keyboard

23 December 2010
  • Excerpt: I use the Juno for my own entertainment and for anyone else who wants to listen. Has a really great sound without the top of the line price. It has a great ability to produce a variety of sounds making you feel as if you were a whole orchestra. The software will not work with all versions of winddows.
  • Pros: Easy to Use, Portable, Realistic Sound, Responsive / Good Action, Touch Sensitive Keys
  • Cons: No Speakers, Software compatability

Travels Well : -)

23 August 2010
  • Excerpt: So far I have nothing bad to say about this baby, I was looking for something lightweight and this fits the bell very. Haven't come across anything that bothers me, and I had no problems just plugging it and using it, simple controls and very intuitive layout. Compared to the Korg I have the Di is childs play as far as navigating. I would have given it 5 stars but I haven't put the hours on it yet to justify that.

  • Excerpt: I looked and looked all over at various keyboards and synths...this is a keyboard and synth in one with a lot of features that amaze me. I cant believe the sound this thing puts out!!! I like how you can go into menue and make the keys soft or hard touch response to your feel. not to mention the awesome sound effects in the synth program wow!! I'm glad I bought it, its a nice price for all it has on it. AWESOME machine..

A Great Synth

Nolanbojolan, B&H Photo
9 March 2010
  • Excerpt: I am a guitar player who spent a lot of time looking to try to find a perfect keyboard, I had looked through digital pianos, arrangers, workstations, and many synths until I found the Roland Juno Di. It was perfect, it has the perfect weight of keys (I think if the keys are heavy like a real piano, it makes it near impossible to play synth parts, and if they feel to light they feel cheap), many great sounding patches (I especially like the piano, organ, clavinet,...

" Portable with great sounds "

mrjason, Audiofanzine
30 October 2012
  • Excerpt: The Roland Juno-Di is a synthesizer keyboard that is easy to work with and understand. It is very user friendly and comes loaded with over a thousand high quality presets or sounds that you can use right away without having to add a bunch of effects or EQ to them. The Juno-Di does not have a sound on it that I didn’t like.
