Great midi controller.

Summary: I have had a few midi controllers and this is my hands down favorite out of all the ones I have had. The set up was pretty much just plug and go. I didn't use any of the stuff on this disc, that is really just an unneeded extra.
Summary: I am not a digital recording expert, so I was looking for an easy solution for simple recording: 1 Microphone for singing, 1 keyboard for effect, a recording software and physical buttons to control the software. I though I found it in the UMA25S. After playing with the package for days, the best I could do was to get the keyboard to record. I am sure that for a pro this is a no-brainer, but for a amateur like me, this unit is not the 1-2-3 solution it appears to be.
Summary: I needed a controller with a very specific set of requirements. Those included: * Pitch bend and Mod Wheel controllers * many continuous MIDI controllers (sliders, knobs, wheels, etc.) * input jack for expression pedal (another continuous controller) * input jack for sustain pedal * all controls quickly and easily assignable with minimal programming * USB connection AND MIDI connection for more options * USB powered to reduce cable mess * very small keyboard with...
Summary: Nice controller with perks; case, headset software. MMC doesn't want to cooperate with any version of Cubase. The manual is cryptic and not much help. Called their tech support. They didn't have a clue as to why and how to help. I found Behringer's support condescending & rude. So expect to experiment on your own. The controller does, however, recognize most synths and vst's once set-up properly. So it's a mixed bag for me.
Summary: I am happy with everything except the velocity of keys (which I assume is because of half action only). However there are 3 different settings (soft / hard / fixed) so this is not a major problem. Size is perfect and quality/price ration are excellent!
Summary: The Behringer UMA25S is about as good as it gets for the money, and best of all it's not a M-Audio product. (M-Audio burned me hard when they refused to make 64 bit drivers for 2 of my Oxygen keyboards) The Pros: * Drivers are kept up to date and supports Windows 64 bit Operating Systems * The dials are well placed and have a good feel to them * Syncs right up with Reason, and Ableton Live * The pitch wheel and volume control have good resistance * Record and play...
Summary: This liitle board is the coolest midi controller/audio/midi interface I have come across. The half action keys take a few minutes to get used to but after that it is all good. This cool little board is truly compact and portable. It comes with a very slick keyboard case with a lot of storage compartments, a shoulder strap for carrying the case, a shoulder strap for the keyboard, a headphone wet with attached microphone and some great software.
Summary: I purchased this Midi Controller when an older controller I owned no longer worked properly. I was also looking for an audio interface and found that this keyboard had both. I had never purchased anything by Behringer before and when doing my research I found that many people consider Behringer a bit of a joke. However, it seems that in recent years that Behringer has really improved the quality of their products.
Summary: Uitstekend apparaat.
