Summary: I bought two of these products for my two adult kids who are now in their own places. One worked a bit and then stopped showing images (and we have several other brand of digital images which work just fine). The other one didn't even turn on out of the box. Toshiba's customer service was terrible. I had documented that they were less than 6 months old and Toshiba refused the replacement of the one that works a bit but doesn't correctly show images.

Summary: Edit: Framechannel has gone out of business so the picture frame can no longer link to Facebook or other online sites. Because of that, I would not buy this picture frame anymore... ----- It's not that hard to set-up (although in general I find it's easy to use electronics, so take that for what it's worth). My main reason for purchasing this photo album was to see the pictures I and my friends have posted to facebook. It does exactly that.
Summary: I purchased a toshiba digital frame dmf102xku, Firstly, no owner manual comes with the item you have to downlaod it from the site. Secondly, I played with the frame and had a few technical problems so I called toshiba to ask for assistance. The first rep was abrasive and very unhelpful telling me most pple figure it out on their own and refused to transfer me to anyone.
Summary: These products are no longer supported by Toshiba. Since the manual is not included in the box, one can be found at the Retrevo web site, but I was unable to find mention of it on the various Toshiba sites. The referenced "toshibaframe.com" site in the documents is a web site for the Toshiba touchpad. In addition, the WiFi services are virtually useless -- One service, Framechannel is no longer available.
