Summary: The frame itself is wonderful. BUT in very small, difficult-to-understand writing there are references to the need for adapters to permit use of some photo storage devices. If they are required, they should be included so that the user can be up and running asap.
Summary: The Sony digital photo frame is a good product. It is easy to load photos and intuitive in operation. While I am not a photographer, the photo quality looks very good to me. We have had this frame for 3 months now and it has been totally reliable for this short time.
Summary: I have been able to use the view mode button manually with no problem. The buttons all seem to be a little stiff, so it might be necessary to hold it down for a couple of seconds, and be sure it has clicked down all the way. I really like this frame.
Summary: The View mode button does not work manually and view mode can only be selected via remote control. As such as part of product improvement, manufacturer should consider designing the view mode button to be able to work by just pressing the button. Otherwise it is a very good digital photo frame.
Summary: Sony has written in their web site that this model has Bluetooth® Technology but this model does not have Bluetooth® Technology. One Sony tech. guy said this model does not have Bluetooth® Technology. They will remove this features from their web site. Very Bad. Don't purchase this - costly model.
Good, but cannot retain date / time settings when powered off
31 July 2011
Summary: Everything about this frame is excellent, but there is this irritant. You need to keep it plugged on all the time, as it cannot remember the date and time settings when powered off for some duration. Or if there is a power outage for a while, all your settings are gone. This is really a pain.
