Summary: I am big Sony fan, laptops, monitors, camera, TVs, etc. I just purchased a new laptop and flat screen TV this week. I purchased two of these frames for the holidays and literally wasted my weekend trying to load them with pictures in an failed attempt to get it to work.
Good picture quality, but not recommended due to image compatibility issues

Summary: First of all, the image quality is good. Now that we got that out of the way, I felt very compelled to write this review because as a few others have stated, this frame has compatibility issues with files that have been editted via photoshop, or even simple renaming files like infranview.
Summary: I loaded over 2000 pictures on the frame and gave it to my mother for Christmas. She likes to sit and go through them when she has a couple of minutes at mealtime. The problem is every time the frame shuts off you go back to the beginning.
Summary: The product is beautiful and the display is very clear - IF you can get your photos to show up! I had some photos adjusted by photoshop and all I get on the product is a box with a question mark in it.
Summary: Works great if you load it with pictures right out of the camera. But images edited in Adobe photoshop and resaved as jpegs would just leave a "?" on the screen. Spent an hour with Sony online support but they had no answer other than the manuel says it might not work with files created on the...
Summary: Our unit worked for the day when we loaded it with pictures, and then a second day displaying them. When we switched it on the 3rd time, it was dead. I chatted with Sony Service for 30 minutes to reset the unit, but that didn't work. Very bad experience.
