  1. Review: Sony DPF-V900 9″ Digital Photo Frame

The Sony DPF-V900 has a lot to like about it; the fantastic display is its best asset. The biggest probem we have is that at this price point ($250 MSRP) we want WiFi. Sony opted to skip wireless and added HDMI instead. If you want HDMI, this frame is perfect for you, but we think the audience for such a product is pretty small and fullyexpect to see WiFi next time around. Read more

The HDMI interface with my HD plasma monitor makes this an excellent way to view photos on the big screen. The variety of interfaces for memory cards or USB connectivity make this photo frame unlikely to become obsolete anytime soon. Read more

The manual does not provide complete instructions for use. After uploading 180 photo from my computer an error message is display that indicates the file could not be created. Memory was not the issue because I was able to add additional photos directly from a camera and from a thumb drive. Read more

This frame lets you pop a multi-gig memory stick into it, after you have offloaded your camera's picture onto your computer and loaded your favorites onto the memory stick. Buy an HDMI cable and you can watch your favorite pictures on your HDTV. Easy to set up, slick frame remote, technology perfect for grandparents (me). Read more
