Summary: Sony quality is great. Pictures are displayed in bright, crisp and good quality. The red frames makes it very attractive. The clock and calendar options make a nice variation. The remote makes it easy to FFW or REW the pictures. They could have included a memory card in it. Very easy to up load the pictures. Great gift idea!!!
Summary: I have really liked this frame until recently. I only had about 200 photos I wanted to display, so the internal memory was just fine. Now I have over 300 (and the file sizes are large due to my camera) so I needed to switch to using an 8G memory card instead. This is when I realized that the controls on the frame and the remote do not allow me to go side to side while on the menu function, making it impossible to select this option.
Summary: This is a very nice digital frame. The online pictures don't do the red color justice. And I would say the size is a little bigger than the impression I got as well. It's very easy to setup and control. The included remote is a very nice touch too. I'm glad I purchased this; the price was great and the packaging and shipping time was excellent, as usual from Amazon.
Summary: This digital frame was a Christmas gift for my wife, she likes it a lot, it is easy to use and has a great picture....the only thing i didn't like is that it is advertised to download pics from your phone via bluetooth, i learned it can't do that without buying an addition part...but for a simple digital frame that has a good picture and holds a lot of pics...its a good frame...
Summary: Better than sharp looking (it's a Sony), great high resolution picture, easy to use. Bought it as a gift for my Mom. Unfortunately, she wants to use it as a way to view her many pictures instead of its intended use, a picture frame setting on a shelf. With a computer and TV set to view her many pictures, she rarely uses it. So, if you want to view it from afar, from your favorite chair (it has a remote!), I recommend getting a larger version.
Summary: The frame was easy to setup. I normally like to read the directions for new electronics but I was able to simply hook the frame up to my Macbook, create a new folder and copy the "2008" pictures that made the cut. My lack of awareness of feature concerns beyond picture quality let me buy this frame without reservation. This frame is in my wife's office on her desk and fits in well with the decor.
Summary: I did some research on digital picture frames but had no experience with using one. I decided on the SONY because of its looks, high resolution and other features such as HDMI output and AutoCorrection of pictures. On opening the box, the frame is VERY attractive and high-quality and will look great in any decor. I removed the 4GB SDHC card from my camera, pushed it into the correct slot and attached the powercord.
