Summary: After reading some of the negative reviews I was hesitant to purchase this frame; however, the price was right so I figured I would try it. I'm SO glad that I did! I'm not sure why others were having such an issue. I agree that the manual could be a bit more informative but after playing around with the frame for a couple of minutes I had no trouble navigating the menus.
Ability to use it as mini monitor is nice and easy

Summary: The picture quality is very good. I do have a sony frame also and find this samsung picture quality much better. When I bought sony, I went with the brand name. But I will definitely suggest this picture frame now. It has 1G internal memory which is impressive. Moreover, ability to use it as a mini monitor ads much value to the product. Its very easy to set it up as extra monitor.

Summary: Sent this to my 85 year old father for Christmas, while he was in a nursing home. He loved it and several of the nurses in turn bought this for their parents. Picture quality is great and it is easy to use.
Summary: I ordered three frames for Christmas presents and they were the best presents of the year. The ease of loading the pictures and the function buttons on the back of the frame made the setup of this product very easy. The picture is incredible! I have a Samsung HD TV and the quality that the Samsung name carries continued with this product. There are four options for display formats that s an added bonus. The built in 1G memory was a big seller for me.
Summary: The 8 inch display is magnificent and clear. The user interface is really easy to learn and requires really little effort to use. after loading a few images onto it, i found it hard to fill up the internal 1GB space thats already included. Its definitely one of the most generous digital picture frames out there. The surface of the plastic frame, however, is very soft and easily scratched. Be careful.
Summary: After purchasing a LCD T.V. and cell phone through Samsung, I began to notice that they put quality into their products. So once I began looking for a digital picture frame, I went straight for Samsung. The first things I noticed when I took the Frame out of the box was how thin it was and how lightweight it was. It also has a very glossy "glass" looking plastic around the screen which looks great. And once you turn it on things only get better.
Summary: I bought this Samsung digital frame to use on my desk at the office. I am very pleased. I connected the USB cable and downloaded a few hundred pics to the internal memory. The frame contains an "auto on" feature to automatically start or stop each day, but I prefer to turn it on manually. There is no remote but it's so easy to reach over and push the power button on the rear panel while my PC is booting up.
Summary: I recently puchased this product and I am satisfied with what was written on site for product specification. It does not come with remote but still you will find it very easy to use it. Picture quality is good.
Summary: I tried to do a lot of research before buying my first digital picture frame and it all pointed to this Samsung model. Friends told me I could get a similar frame for half the price but the facts didin't bear it out. The lines of this frame are crisp and stylish, great for any decor. I have a traditional house heavy on the antiques and it fits in as well as it would in a modernist minimalist setting.
Summary: I have thousands of photos on my computer for more than a few years and have not really looked through most of them. With my wedding coming up, I thought it would be good to pick out some of the better shots and have it on a rotating basis near the signing book at the reception for people to leave a comment. I use both a Mac OS X 10.6 as well as Microsoft Windows 7 and both connect the photo frame as a drive with ease.
