Summary: I was so excited when this product arrived, only to become SO FRUSTRATED! There are NO instructions included, and I could not figure out how to download my photos off my PC. I looked up the online manual from Samsung, which was good, but what it told me to do still did not work.
Summary: This is the worst, technologically bankrupt product ever produced by this Samsung ppl. The least said the better,, Please try another brand,, It is a no go sale, I regret the one I bought, wished I could return it for my money
Samsung did the least they could do to help the customer

Summary: I purchased this product as a Christmas present for my wife. I opened the package and found what I thought was an Owner's Manual. It was actually the same two pages written in about 15 languages. All it showed was where the buttons were on the frame.
Summary: Hi. I was really hoping to have a great experience with this since I am a loyal Samsung HDTV consumer and the price was great on this product. I bought it so that I could load it with pictures of my baby and send it to her grandparents (happy it had the 1G internal drive as well as the external...
Summary: I had high hopes for this digital frame. 1GB of storage is great for the 4x6 images that this frame displays. But the instructions and controls are beyond belief. The instructions don't exist. Sure there is a manual - a 3 page version included with the frame.
Summary: Bought this frame for spouse for Xmas. First thing you have to do is download firmware and frame never acted right and could not get the download to work. The manual is printed in about 50 languages so you get about 1 1/2 pages in English, the rest is all other languages.
Summary: frame manager software cannot be down-loaded from Samsung's website using either Vista or XP. in the instructions, it is mentioned that the software is enclosed, but it is not. after finding many other people having similar complaints, I am sorry I wasted my time on this frame.
Summary: Had to return it as it only takes SD memory sticks and my wife's camera, being an Olympus, uses XD memory sticks. You don't find this out until you have unpacked it and looked at the instructions. Sales blurb simply said 'memory card' reader'.
Summary: Can I firstly say that the picture quality is excellent. I can't fault that. If only I could get my photos onto the frame it would be perfect I'm sure. The instruction book is typically huge, coming in every language option but Klingon.
Summary: I'm a great fan of Samsung and can't deny the picture quality is great. I'm also very tech savvy, but with enormous concern for good usability. Sadly I have found it impossible to load photos into the frame memory. The very limited instructions do not cover this.
