Summary: I've had this several years now. And I am still satisfied with it. I don't do much - just use the times slide show with my pictures. It didn't come with much instruction but fortunately I didn't find that necessary. I loaded pictures onto my own SD card, put that card into the slot in the back and turned it on. I've added additional pictures over the years and had more trouble with my laptop and getting pictures onto the SD card than with this electronic frame.
Summary: I did not get an instruction manual with my purchase, so there are things I can't do because I don't know how. Like setting the date and time and making it stay that way. every time i update the time and/or date, it goes back to default when the slideshow starts.
Summary: Expecting instant gratification as we do now-a-days, I can't figure out how this works without the directions (ie: the on-screen stuff doesn't offer the "plug-n-play" type of easy set up I am used to. The photo quality is excellent, as I expected and why I bought a Samsung!
Summary: I bought it because of the low price. I still haven't figured how to fully work it. I even went to website & got nowhere I can use it using photo stick, but to download photos to save it memory is not an option. Would be nice to have more detailed instructions.

Summary: I bought this for a Christmas gift so I really have not messed with it much but what little bit I did it seems to be a fairly nice frame with nice picture quality. I like that it has internal memory and/or you can use a card. The frame itself does have a slight "cheap" look to it. But like I said quality seems good otherwise.
Summary: As mentioned by other reviewers, this product has no directions at all. Just a schematic and brief description of the buttons. Hooked it up to the Mac to transfer pictures, moved some pictures over and now neither the Mac nor the PC will recognize the frame. Nothing on the box or directions mentions anything about compatibility. This was $50 right down the drain. I've been happy with Samsung products in the past but I'll definitely rethink them in the future.
