Summary: I just talked to Customer Support, again. They do help and seem to know what they are doing. The first frame locked up three times while doing the slide slow and three times while downloading photos. Had to unplug each time. The second one would not load any photos, customer support managed to fix that. Then the second one locked up once while going through the menu, I rebooted.
Summary: I bought this frame b/c I wanted a small one to hang on my wall. the product its self was not as I expected. It was hard to program, use, and download pictures on. my remote immediatly stopped working after I turned on twice. Overall I feel I wasted my money. it also took a long time to arrive, like 2 weeks.
Summary: I always thought a digital picture frame was one of those nice to have kind of things. It wasn't until I received this as a gift at my baby shower did I come to realize it's a must have. After my baby was born, I found myself constantly updating the frame with new photos of him. Transfering photos was easy (even for me). I also think this frame fits in well with the rest of my home. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who has a lot of photos they want to show off!
Summary: If you're like me and have hundreds of pictures on your computer that you never look at and even forgot you have taken, this device is a great way to get them off there and in front of you for continous viewing pleasure. The pictures were easily put on a flash drive that fit right into the frame and downloaded almost automatically. The visual quality and adjustment to scale was good and automatic as well. Great item for yourself or as a gift.
Summary: This is a nice frame, really. The remote sticks to the back with a magnet, which is really clever, and the interface is quite polished. But, there is NO SHUFFLE feature! It is simply not possible for this frame to display your images in a ramdom or even pseudo-randomish order. They will be displayed in chronological order based on the time stamps in the image files, and as far I can tell, that's that.
