Slow frame, known defects, phillips plays the shell game with RMAs, don't trust phillips.

Summary: Both of these frames broke within 5 months of purchase. We sent one in for repair 6 months ago and phillips' customer service said there was a defect and they would fix it. 6 months later now with calls every week and they play a constant "we can't do anything, call this other number" So we call...

Summary: Received as a Christmas present because my old Philips frame's screen has started to degrade after seven years. I am NOT happy. The casing is much flimsier plastic. The 'screen' cover is plain glass which means I would have to go to a frame shop and have a custom non-glare glass piece cut to replace...
Summary: Received this as a gift. I plugged it in and it won't power up. Philips website has a chat option, which they were too busy to answer. I tried to email them, and it wouldn't send unless I checked yes to receive junk mail from them.
Summary: Ordered this item to put wedding photos on. When nit arrived, the glass was broken and the frame was separate from everything else. Factory Depot was very uncooperative in resolving this issue and Amazon's customer service was a joke.
Summary: I bought this Philips 8" digital frame with claimed resolution of 800x600 from tigerdirect.com for $20 + $7 s.h charge. The product is such a bad design of poor quality. The frame takes about 2.3 of the total area. The display is like a recycled frame from one made 10 years ago.
