Excerpt: Since my eyes were drawn to these in Comet, I have never been able to get out of my head of what a great idea it is. Not everyone can display all of their photos they have, buying loads of frames, finding the room to hang your photographs, and even doing the DIY for it. With this is it so much simpler, and fun too. I hope you can gain some more knowledge about this item, just like I have. You may be asking, what is a digital photo frame?
Summary: I like the frame - look great Ii found the software for PC interface easy, and after a few minutes, found manipulating the software on the frame easy I agree with the cropping dicsussion, but I can live with it, as we all find it addictive looking at the 75 pictures rotating trough their cycle...though why they cannot say how many pictures it displays leaves me a little confused. My big gripe and why not 5 star, is it was gift for my father in law.
Summary: We're on our SECOND unit now - the first was fine but then just wouldn't get out of bed one morning (6 months after purchase). We turned it on & it just froze. Anyway this one seems ok so far. Got it landscape at the mo although you can also stand it upright for portrait pics. One problem is the icons on reverse of screen - incomprehensible!
Summary: I went fot this item as Philips is a big name thinking if i had any problems it would be easy to return or to find out online. I am pleased to say that i dont have to do either. It is easy to work once you get to grips with the buttons on the back which are not marked the same as on the instuctions. However all over a good product. Friends have seen it and are not ordering their own. I would however if you can afford it go for a bigger screen.
If its that good why not improve it with wifi/bluetooth

Summary: New model, have got the old model, Also ordered this for another family member, To be honest was really impressed with the first model, and basically this is the same, but slightly lower price of what the original model cost last year (though I brought two last year). You can change the frames frame design now.
Summary: This product is great for displaying all those hundreds of digital photos you have stored on your PC, that you might just otherwise forget. The recent updates seem to have ironed out a lot of the issues talked about here and can be found easily on the philips website. Just shove in a memory card and see all the pictures displayed, on the 7" display, which is an appropriate size, and very clear.
Summary: This is the second frame i have had, the other could play mp3 and video however the picture quality was rubbish also ended up not using it for playing mp3 or video just piccies so sold it on, the quality of the pictures on the philips are excellant. The ease of use is excellant, though the price is a bit steep but i am that impressed have bought one for the rest of the family.
Summary: Excellent digital photo frame -exceptionally bright and sharp images. Looks great - definitely '2nd generation iMac'. Easy to use navigation - helped by 'prompts' on the screen in front of each button. Minor niggles. Only has room for around 50 photo's internally so use of a memory card crucial, but this has limitations: If you switch on the display with the card inserted it just copies as many images as it can to its internal memory then only displays those.
