DO NOT buy this frame or anything else from Discount Jungle

Summary: I ordered this frame for my husband as a Christmas gift. The remote with the unit did not work. I called Discount Jungle and they sent a new remote, which also did not work. I asked for a replacement and they wanted me to send back the unit at my cost. After contacting their customer service, they agreed to pay for return shipping. They then sent a replacement unit, which also does not work. I contacted Discount Jungle through Amazon to return the item and get a refund.
Summary: I purchased this same frame a few years ago at a store for myself and am extremely happy with it. I wanted one for my parents and was only able to get this on amazon. None of the frames at the stores have built-in memory. This one has a ton more features than mine has. It's a great frame and so simple to use......love it!
Summary: Cosmetically nice looking frame but everything else was not so great. Looks poorly made and menu style is very out dated. Ours did not work not sure what was up with the remote and most of the functions depend on the remote so we returned it.
Summary: The problem with these is that you cannot permanently set the orientation on a picture. If it is shot in the portrait mode/orientation then the picture will be sideways. So I just removed all the pictures that were shot in portrait mode and replace them with others.
It is unsupported (bankrupt) and the features which make it unique do not work.

Summary: I bought this frame because it was a "wireless" photo frame, in hopes to upload photos to the cloud to share with my parents who would own the frame and have it hooked up to their wifi. The idea is terrific. It WOULD have worked had this company not gone bankrupt. You are required to buy a wireless adapter separately which is no longer sold. Other adapters will not work, so it is impossible to make this a wireless photo frame as advertised.
Summary: Okay….. I write very few reviews, but I had to do this one. I already had three Pandigital frames, all of which I have been very happy with and never had a problem. Two of which I have had for at least a couple years. (2-3years) I wanted to get another one, and found out that the company had filled bankruptcy and instead of ordering one anyway, I tried two other digital frames….. both arrived and I felt they looked really cheap.
Summary: I'll be honest, I didn't need the e-mail feature or Wifi. I just need a nice looking digital frame, preferably one that looks like a real frame not some tech gadget, that has a high quality picture and works fairly easily. Set up could be a little easier, but overall I got what I needed so I'm happy with it. Again, I did not need or want all the bells and whistles originally claimed by the frame.
Summary: I am very disappointed in the inability to easily upload pictures . This is the second frame that I bought that the remote is absolutely unusable. When you push the buttons nothing happens. Yes there are menu buttons on the frame but they are difficult to maneuver and make trying to set up programs and access photos a challenge. I bought the second one think that the first remote issue was an anomaly. However, I see that the quality is just as poor with the second one.
