Kodak digital frame
5 August 2012
Summary: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! It was sold to me immediately before Kodak was purchased by Shutterfly and Shutterfly does not support the Kodak digital frame, nor do they have anything that duplicates it. I am not able to return it.
Summary: Our children gave us this frame for the Holidays and we loved it. We would receive surprise pictures of our grandchildren and everyday brought new delights. We loved the frame so much we bought one for my parents. My father was home bound at the time and he loved it.
Summary: Purchased on 11/28/11 as a Christmas gift for my gf. One day while it was doing a self-check it bugged out and now it does not turn on. Went through troubleshooting with an on-line Kodak rep, pressing buttons on the back an holding then down. It would not turn on. Sending this in for repair.
Summary: I got this for my parents so I could remotely upload pictures. It's a great idea and the frame was good while it was working. Uploading pictures by email was easy, and the image on the frame is good.
Summary: This frame was great, but now after just 10 months of use the WiFi stopped working. I noticed that the pictures were not updating, and I found it was no longer connecting to my wifi network. I tried to factory reset the device and it won't connect. I even tried a different wifi router....

Summary: I have two of the 7 inch frame, one for us, one for grandparents and love it. Decided I would upgrade to the 10". First tried a "refurbished" one from the Amazon Warehouse, touchscreen dead so frame was useless.
Could not get it to connect even with support help

Summary: The product would not connect to the network. After 3 weeks working directly with Apple and Kodak customer service reps no one could seem to figure out why it would not connect. Kodak just said sorry. What a great 30th wedding present for my parents, it would have been a perfect present.
Summary: UPDATE: With Kodak Gallery closed, the only options for adding pictures to the frame are email (OK, so far as that goes) and Facebook. Unfortunately, the photo quality of pictures shared through Facebook is abysmal.
Summary: I recently purchased the 10" Pulse, since I have over 200 folders with more than 15,000 pictures in my Kodak Gallery account. I wanted to be able to display certain folders for a period of time and then switch to another folder.
