Summary: I normally do not write reveiws, however in this case I have to make an exception. The owner's manual for this product is completely insufficient. I purchased this product for my wife for Christmas.

Summary: You can't even use the wifi features of this frame when Kodak deletes all of your pictures. If you can't use the Kodak Gallery (only on-line service supported), then you might as well save some money, and buy another frame that uses portable storage. Very, very, very disappointed.
Summary: Maybe it just happened to me. But this frame broke down in 3 months, and the whole screen just went black and no pictures. So I contacted Kodak for customer service, but was told that since I bought it from Amazon, Kodak is not responsible for the product any more.
Summary: If you want your children or other subjects to look like Lego sculptures, then this is the picture frame for you. We ordered this product (7" frame) with high hopes since we had heard Kodak digital frames were better than others. However, we were very disappointed.
This is a WIDESCREEN device with NO internal memory.

Summary: I bought one of these after looking at a few of the Amazon reviews, but somehow I missed two important facts about the Kodak EasyShare SV-710 digital picture frame: 1. This is a WIDESCREEN device (16x9 aspect ratio). I bought this frame to put all of my old pictures on it.
Summary: This product simply does not do what it says it will do. It will not display certain jpg files for no apparent reason--size and source do not appear to be factors in determining which files it will reject. There is no hint of an explanation for this terrible flaw. The screen quality is poor.

Summary: I had very bad experience with this product. The software comes along with this product is absolutely waste. After installing the software my PC is not able to detect the digital frame. I have called Kodak customer support, they also don't know what to do.
