Summary: The photo quality is decent but I am giving this one star because there is a shuffle option - but it doesn't work! I have tried again and again but can only get it to display the photos in the order they were taken (or reverse) or by file name. My parents are tired of seeing the same 100 photos every day after they turn it on. They never even get to see photos #101 - #600! I am going to buy a different brand. Very disappointed with Kodak.
Summary: very low resolution that's why I'm not entirely pleased I thought the picture was clearer but it was not so I assumed that when works best Kodak will be more careful for the next but everything is working well
Summary: This is a great digital frame with an amazing picture. No visible pixels and vibrant colors. I got it working immediately with a SD card. The touchbar interface is pretty neat, but I found it was sometimes a little confusing and not very sensitive. That's the only downside though. And, since I spend almost all the time with it actually just looking at pictures, I don't really care about the interface that much.
Summary: I purchased two of the Kodak M820 Digital Picture Frames for Christmas gifts. Plug them in, turn them on and only get a white screen. My first stop is the manual, worthless. The Kodak Help Center is the poorest I've come across. After proceeding through the step-by-step solutions, which there wasn't one (solution) listed that fit the problem description. I filled out the brief description of the problem.
Summary: This digital frame has a very nice display (good job Kodak!) but has a very slow processing time making it very tedious to load and arrange slide shows or transfer pics to the frame. Given other very good and easy to use options out there I'd rate this a two - except that it's NOT CHEAP. The cost of this frame (even at discount) is equal to or higher than displays of equal quality that have better options and ease of function.
Summary: My wife, who is a techy, thoroughly enjoyed this Mothers Day gift. Being a first time Grandmother, she had plenty of pictures to load onto this frame. The clarity of the pictures are excellent. The ease of downloading pictures to it was great. The controls in the matiing, not on the pictures, keep fingerprints off of the screen. Also the price was excellent when I compared to sales at any local stores. You won't be sorry you purchased this product.
Summary: Bought this digital photo frame for my mom as a Mother's Day gift. We took it on vacation with us to New Orleans. We were able to see the pics so much better than the view screen on her camera. We actually went out and did "retakes" that we wouldn't have just looking at the camera screen. She loves it and takes it out to play with every day. The 8" screen is amazingly clear. The instructions are easy to understand.
Summary: I got this frame for my mother's birthday and she loves it. She's very picky about what she likes and doesn't care for most digital photo frames because of their bulky, plastic rims with company logos slapped on their fronts. The P820 has none of that. This frame is very simple, but I think it actually helps to accent the photos it's displaying. The white matte border gives the product a clean, stylish appearance.
