Summary: I'M ON MY SECOND ONE FROM AMAZON AND THIS ONE ISN'T ANY BETTER THAN FIRST. I'VE HAD IT ABOUTY 4 MONTHS NOW AND IT WON'T HOLD A CHARGE. WAS USING IT THIS MORNING AND IT DIED. IT HAS BEEN CHARGING FOT NEARLY 2 HRS AND IS ONLY 5% CHARGED!!! BUY FROM SOME OTHER MANUFACTURER!!!!!!
Summary: Frustration, anger, disappointment. Three words sure to be forever associated with Kodak's P720 photo frame. The interface simply does not work. Response time is very, very slow. It is painful to touch the frame and have nothing whatsoever happen for 30 seconds. I have to unplug the power cord to gain access to the menu because the power button fails to work too. I tell it to use a slide duration of 30 seconds. Slide duration is 4 minutes.
Summary: My wife received this as a Christmas Present. Touch screen did not work, trouble shooting said power off and press reset. Nothing, still just a illuminated screen. Will have to ship it back to purchaser who can take it back to the store vs. sending back to Kodak. Purchaser should review items on Amazon.com first!!! Thanks Amazon.com...
Summary: I feel stupid that i bought this product even though i saw the comments of people having trouble with the touch screen. I took my chance but mine didn't work either! So all i know about this product that it has a language menu which you cannot change! It seems there's a good chance that you may bump into a faulty item. So either stay away from it or try it out, if you can, before buying it.
Summary: This product is a piece of junk. Mine stopped working within months after purchase. I paid to send it back to Kodak, still under warranty, and they replaced it with a "refurbished" model -- that did not work right out of the box. I recommend not buying this.
Summary: I got this as a gift for Christmas and used it 3 times. When I tried to turn it on the 4th time it wouldn't turn on. I tried other outlets, unplugging/plugging, etc. Nothing worked. I just had to spend over $9.00 to ship it back to Kodak. It was brand new so it would have been nice if Kodak would have paid for the shipping. I would not recommend this frame and would rather have another but again, this was a gift.
Summary: It's true, the touch screen is dead on mine also. The screen lit up fine and ran throught its 3 second boot up presentation ok and stopped on the Language setup page but, the quick touch border does not respond. (I've used touch screen monitors before). Because of mass production it's likely that several hundreds or thousands of these are defective and your chances of getting a bad one are probably high. I cannot recommend it.
Summary: ~the software bogged down my computer and I had to remove it-- ~it won't read half my pictures and says the file is bad because I have a high megapixel camera-- ~it is way too oversimplified for me--they tried to make it easy to use for people who are not very tech savy--but the options are annoyingly limited--
Summary: Like several of the reviews already given for this product, ours didn't even power up. When I called Kodak product support, I had to ship it to them and pay for the shipping myself. Shows you how much Kodak stands behind their product. I've dealt with other electronic companies like Philips. If their product is defective, they replace it no questions asked and they cover all shipping. Not true with Kodak. So buyers, beware.
