An excellent frame -- the pick of the litter

D. Alexander, Amazon
8 September 2010
  • Summary: I recently bought two of these and a Sony DPF-D92 9" for comparison. I ultimately returned the Sony. Of the dozen frames at Best Buy, this one was far and away the best. Build quality is very good.

20 January 2010
  • Summary: got it here for a good price Kodak support is actually pretty good
  • Pros: Adequate image quality swappable frame SDHC Compatible
  • Cons: Onscreen controls make you want to touch the screen, but it isnt a touch-screen. The controls seem like an afterthought on top of a touch screen interface.

The best I have had

Anonymous, Newegg
6 January 2010
  • Pros: The resolution and image quality is great. The possibility of change the frame for any standard frame is awesome. And the touch in the frame is very cool also. Non a wide screen frame, the pictures fits perfect I gave it to my wife for Christmas and she is super happy.
  • Cons: None

Kodak EasyShare D830

Bruce A., Newegg
29 December 2009
  • Summary: Overall, the people I gave them too love them. Great price - nearly half of what it would have cost at Best Buy or any other retailer.
  • Pros: I bought 2 of these as gifts. Easy to set up - worked out of the box by just plugging in a card loaded with pictures. The clock and time out feature is nice. Comprehensive menu. Lots of internal memory plus compatible with lots of memory cards including newer high capacity SD. Ability to change f...
  • Cons: Touch buttons are a little too sensitive for me - should have an option to set sensitivity; also I kept wanting to touch the screen instead of the lighted buttons. Should be able to use a standard USB cord to connect directly to PC and transfer pictures that way. Using menus to transfer/copy/rota...
