Summary: I agree with the review of Kevin Nicholls "jaded Everything he listed in there is true. When friends upload new pcitures to Snapfish, the dreamscreen does not get updated automatically; user needs to go back to main menu, touch a few buttons, to do so.
Summary: Could be a lot better, does not have a battery I did not think about it but it would be so usefull. There are a lot of features on it that are not very friendly Alarm clock, it will only turn on to the same song every morning no random play Randomm play, is not random if you start it on a certain...
Summary: HP had a neat idea here, but somewhere along the way from concept to completion it lost its way. It is too pricey for what it offers. I essence it is an expensive clock/calendar, internet radio player and 10" picture viewer, with a few other bells and whistles thrown in for good measure.
Summary: We bought this for our mother, who is not technically savvy. The box and demo video promised automatic updates from a photo site and from Facebook. This would have been perfect for her. Only problem is this device doesn't work.
Summary: I'm returning my screen right now, I've had it for 2 weeks, and tried to find a reason to keep it. but for this price point, it really should work better than it does. HP on to a good thing here. Hopefully all that will be needed are some software upgrades, (and a new remote).
It's okay, but I'd never EVER buy this for $250! Wait for the Apple Tablet!!!!!

Summary: Well, I just got my HP Dreamscreen from Amazon, and I must say, I'm very "yeah, it's just okay." about this product. Right out of the box, you want to move around with your finger like an iTouch. Sorry, that doesn't work! There is a remote, or touch sensitive area in the frame to use for navigation.
