Nice for the Price

Victoria S., Newegg

  • Pros: The picture is great, the energy saving features the frame turns off and on to the time you set it. I really like the part about not wasting electricity. The frame is nice and it doesn't look cheap. It also has a clock and calendar on it. Which makes it a really cool office gift.
  • Cons: I haven't noticed any.

Nice e-frame

Christoph W., Newegg
29 November 2009
  • Summary: This is a decent frame. With no reviews I was skeptical. But we've been pleased over all with it. It does pics, music and videos. You'll have to resize your pics to the "optimal format size" but that's not that big of a deal. Over all I would suggest this to a friend.

User Review

Peter W., Newegg
7 January 2009
  • Summary: They have thought of everything on this unit. Up and running in minutes. Never had to read the instructions. For the $80 price this is an awesome digital picture/video/music/calendar frame.
  • Pros: Great resolution, does music and video. Has internal memory plus will read many types of cards. Menu's are very easy to understand. Three different picture frames that can be used on unit or as stand alone frames. One feature I like is that you can display a calendar/time or date/time with your p...
  • Cons: It would be nice to have a generic frame included (White or Black). You could leave off the frames and it would be solid black just not real nice like the included frames. Clips on the frames are plastic and weak which hold it on and will break easily if not gentle when switching frames.

Decent for the price

Patricia C., Newegg
11 December 2008
  • Summary: Another reviewer talked about a missing pixel - seems to me that'd be a reason to RMA it, not take points of the review. Came packaged pretty securely and worked beautifully right our of the box.
  • Pros: Good resolution, plays videos, music, big screen, pictures can be sized to fit or bordered, remote works well, it and the menu are pretty intuitive and easy to get used to, which is important because it's for my tech savvy NOT mom.
  • Cons: Comes with a USB adapter, not an actual cord you can use to connect it to your computer and transfer files. Ended up using a flash card out of an old cellphone instead of buying a cord. Could have used a formal frame, it only has 3, for Xmas, Birthdays and Valentines. Can't change the tilt angle....

Dead Pixel Beware

Ralph-Jason C., Newegg
8 December 2008
  • Summary: The solution would be getting a bunch of memory cars/USB drives and label/group that way. I thought this would make an excellent present, but now Im very dissappointed. The second star was added just because of some of the pros I stated.
  • Pros: It looks nice. Has basic functions, and I like how it can play videos. It also has a vertical flip, where if you tilt the frame vertically, the images fit vertically also. Shows Time and has calendar. Easy to use.
  • Cons: Dead Pixel! Although it was just one... but its a digital PHOTO FRAME. Its used to look at pictures, not a bright blue dot. VERY UPSET. Imagine... someone passes by and sees a photo frame. What do you think he will be thinking about? About how nice the family looks? or maybe about the question: W...
