Summary: I purchased 3 of these frames and the 4" digital alarm clock from the store in San Francisco, and 1 item worked out of all 3. The image quality is terrible on the one that did work, and its so hard to get the childlike screen savers of fluffy bunnies & animals off the screen and replace with your own pics, its a HUGE headache! After I finally after an hr or so got it working.
Summary: Frame was purchased as a gift along with 5 other brands of frames. All frames were preloaded w/ pics beforing giving them as gifts......this frame was by far the worst. It has no option to upload pics from the computer. The menu is very confusing and hard to navigate. I would NEVER repurchase this product. Try Panidigital or Westinghouse.
Summary: I was pleasantly surprised when my twelve-year-old son got me this for my birthday. I knew he could not have spent very much, though, so I was concerned about the quality. I needn't have worried as this little frame is great! It is not top-of-the-line, but anybody looking at it would not even realize. An excellent value for the money.
Summary: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001JJYZWA Not only is there no section in the "directions" about how to access the internal memory , but I had ordered a flash memory card with it but they were out of stock. Now I want to try this with just it's small internal memory before I spend more money after bad. After what I'm sure will be a very interesting tech support call, I think I'll be returning this item.
Summary: Like many others, I assumed there was no internal memory in this frame, it's not mentioned anywhere in the very sparse instructions or in the packaging, but I actually found it by accident. From main menu select your flash media, go into edit mode, then select the picture you want to copy by pressing the last button (check mark), then press the second button (copy) it actually works!
