Summary: I liked the large size at first, but later found many downfalls. The picture quality wasn't as good as I expected. It wouldn't show the whole picture. It will only show horizontal if it's set that direction, or vertical if it's set that direction. Otherwise it crops photos leaving people's heads cut off. After using it a few months it stopped working all together. It only has a 90 day warranty, but it broke shortly after. Definitely not worth the price.
Pictures look great, random order does not work with 3700 photos

Summary: I bought the Philips branded version of this frame right before Christmas, it has firmware version P.DY.1.04.9. I had a Philips frame from 2006 that just died due to the battery swelling and preventing insertion of a CF card, so I bought this frame with a lot of confidence in the Philips brand, but it turns out that Philips frames are now made by GiiNii ([...]) It does have a random shuffle option for the photos, however it does not work properly.
Summary: I purchased this product as a gift. When I came home and plugged it in to preload pictures onto it, it would not turn on. I tried different outlets, made sure I followed the instructions. After several attempts by myself and others, I returned it to the store (180 miles) for a replacement. I came home excited to finally be able to give my gift and had the same problem. This time I called GiiNii customer service and was walked through the same steps as the directions.
Summary: The 10.4" Phillips Digital Photo Frame has a great digital screen and can be seen from just about anywhere in the room. The only drawback of this frame is that when it "shuffles" the pictures--it plays them in a random order but always in the SAME random order! A little more variety would have been nice but overall, it's been a fun product to have in my home.
Summary: I like many of the other reviewers bought this at Costco around Christmas. I also bought one as a gift. Neither worked. Both were returned and replaced and only one worked. That was replaced after 2+ months of use BOTH stopped working. DO NOT BUY.
Summary: Digital Photo Frame Will Not Turn On * Plugged in properly * No picture, no clock, nothing * On/off switch makes no difference * Remote on/off makes no difference * Recognizes USB but wants an installation CD * Computer beeps when unit plugged in or unplugged * Computer beeps when USB plugged in or unplugged
Summary: Picture size is great. 3:4 aspect gives credit to the full 10.4 inch diagonal. However, it will not play motion clips. Maybe I need to reformat my pics to allow motion clips. But, I cant find anthing in the documentation that says it will support motion. I have to takeit back, sadly, to Walmart.
Summary: Go to the Philips website (google for this frame) and click on the support tab. Download the firmware update and follow the instructions. I had the same problem that many people here had complained about, I.e. I used this for about 6 months and then it just stopped turning on. The firmware update fixed it instantly. Now, if only I could figure out how to make it stop panning myphotos and just show them full screen.
Summary: One of the few digital picture frames with audio play capabilities this is a pile of shit. The pictures load SLOW and the music starts a good minute before the first picture shows. Then, after the first picture shows it takes another minute for the pictures to start transitioning from one to another. After trying two different SD cards I realized it really was the poor China made picture frame and nothing else was the matter.
Summary: I have over 20 years experience using computers and know A LOT about image formats and image editing software. I have also used other electronic frames successfully. I could NOT get this thing to work properly. No matter what I did to the image it zoomed and panned it (the image started bigger than the frame and moved around). It was also very unreliable - sometimes it tried to rotate the pic and sometimes it didn't.
