Summary: I retured the product due to shipping. The product was damaged although it did look and work great for the 5 minutes i had it and the customer support was great, they just sent my money back when i shipped it to them.
Summary: This digital photo frame was given to me as a gift about a year ago and I've tried several times to get it to work with my memory stick. It obviously does not recognize the MS so I finally got around to calling Curtis yesterday to see if they could help. They told me the steps to take to reset the manufacturer defaults but still no progress. I called them again today and I was told I would need to send it to them to repair for a $42 charge!

Summary: Curtis products do not last! I have gone through 2 in just over a year that have both burned out and the customer service department in the worst too. They took over a month to respond after 5 emails and calls and then said I would have to ship the product to the warehouse at my expense and maybe they would do something afterwards but that they doubted it. What kind of service and product is that!???
Summary: I bought model# DPB702A of this frame at Ace Hardware during the Black Friday sales of 2008. It's not gorgeous or anything, but I was trying to keep costs low and figured it would work for sending photos & video to a shut-in relative who lives out of state. WELL... for starters, the on-screen display (OSD) software is very clunky and looks like something from the Windows 98 era.
