Summary: This product is terrible. The directions for how to load images to the frame are incredibly frustrating and unclear. The resolution of images is very pixelated and not pleasing to look at. Don't waste your money and time!
Summary: Unable to get the pictures on the memory card to load, I continued to get a "loading" message for about 48 hours. Rebooted it, tried again, same thing. Called the Coby customer service line, no answer, sent Coby an email, it bounced back, I finally went online to the Coby website to determine if there was an addutional customer service number I could try, only to find that they were bought out in in August, and the new company was NOT honoring any of the Coby warranties...
Summary: This picture frame has very limited features. Doesn't work well with SD cards. Cannot advance pictures or any way control which picture is displayed. No MP3. Does not have a stand for displaying on desk. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase.
Summary: I was excited when this product arrived, thinking $30 was a good price for a digital frame, but my excitement swiftly turned to disdain. Nothing works as it should or even as it is intended to. Even after spending several weeks trying to get it to work, and recruiting others to try and get it to work, I had no choice but to give up. Very frustrated that I paid $30 for a piece of junk.
It's great if you only want to see one picture and/or the logo screen

Summary: I loaded up my thumb drive with about 60 photos and only one will load. Even if the other photos would load, it wouldn't much matter because the frame constantly resorts back to the logo screen.
Summary: It didn't meet my expectations. The instruction manual that came with the product does not explain enough about using the different functions. I reached my limit of fustration and returned this product. I requested more information for use from the Coby website and never received a response.
