Summary: I bought three of these for my wedding later this week. We're using them in place of a slide show. Here's what you need to know: The Good: 1. Picture quality is good 2. Frame looks pretty good. Yeah, it's plastic, but it looks pretty nice. The Bad: 1. Photo slide show will only display in random.
Summary: I plugged in the frame, put some photos on a mini USB flash drive* and a slide show of the photos began. Unless the frame had it's own memory, I don't know how this could be any easier to use.
Summary: This digital photo frame was DOA! I returned it and bought another brand. Got a prompt refund and wonder if manufacturer didn't know these frames were defective as they were on "Today's Deals."
Summary: Although it is generally decent and a good value it is annoying that frame resets (back to main menu) everyday in spite of how the restart settings are configured... I have two of these frames... one has this behavior and one does not.
Summary: I purchased the DP1052 from Amazon, expecting to use the SD memory card as input.... Since I had a SDHC card I attempted to use it. All the pictures did not display...I then went to the instruction manual and on page 32 it states " Do not use SDHC memory cards, as they are not supported by this DP...
Summary: I purchassed a DP1052 approximately 6 months ago and was happy with the picture quality and the firmware availble. However, in less that 6 months the unit failed to function. I was unable to turn it on.
Summary: The specs say this frame plays mp4 files. It does not. Tech support never answered my email (a suggested way of contacting them on their website), and it took 3 days to get to a live, but clueless person in their tech support department.
Summary: I have purchased 3 of these frames. 1 works properly. Two went bad just after the 90 day warranty expired. Coby tech support told me the frame was not working and the warranty was expired. SORRY... It was difficult to set. Looked nice when it was working.
Summary: I'll wager those who write good reviews of this device are using only one function. They quit when they get something, anything to work. The setup is not just "difficult," as some write. The controls are random.
