Summary: Everything worked fine, no complaints, until the day the screen just went white while streaming through pictures. It is a disposable piece of software given it only last 7 months. Not worth the money I paid for it. Very cheaply constructed and Axion does not even stand behind their own product. Buyer beware.
Waste of money- Product worked for 1 week, then the resolution of the pictures got disrupted

Summary: I purchased this Axiom digital photo frame as a Christmas gift for the family. We finally got around to setting it up. Initially, it worked well, usability was not very intuitive and took a lot of clicks to make adjustments. Finally when we had it running and after a week of use, the resolution became blurred and could not correct it. All you see are pixellated lines across the frame. Despite making adjustments to contrast, brightness etc.. no improvements.
Summary: I bought this digital photo frame for $40 as a Black Friday special last year. It worked ok... for about 8 months only! After 8 months, the screen died on us. We've contacted the manufacturer, who suggested that we send it in to see what's wrong with it. So we've sent it in for months now, and we didn't hear anything from them! Don't waste your money, there are way better products out there. I'll never buy anything from this manufacturer again.

Summary: Amazon is now out of this product, but I wanted to review it in case it comes back in. I have a big digital Kodak frame for my home that holds 6,000 photos (a parents' and grandparents' dream), but I also wanted a small one to use as a "brag frame" when out and about, showing the kids and grandkids photos to one and all. :-) This frame is perfect for that purpose because it's small, fits on my key chain for easy access and now I'm never without pics of my kids.
Summary: For someone like me that has family all over the world, this was the perfect gift. Now they can be with me everywhere all at the same time, plus I can set songs to their pictures which makes them feel even closer. The fact that it is a radio and alarm clock just means it is useful everywhere and is always with me. I highly recommend this!
Picture quality is bad; unit crapped out after a year
17 March 2010
Summary: I received a Pantech digital frame for Christmas and loved it, so I got this frame for my dad for Christmas the following year. The picture quality is horrible compared to my Pantech, and the unit died on him less than a year after he got it. Just quit working, wouldn't turn on or anything. My pantech, interestly enough, died at the same time, and lasted a year longer. 2 years is better than 1 at least.
Summary: I purchase sinmilar product before( more than 9 months ago) from Amazon and had no problem using it. A friend of mine was looking for something similar for her Living Room, since her birthday was close I purchased this unit for her. She love listen to the music and a the same time looking to her family pictures.
Summary: It was obvious that the product was very cheaply made from the moment I began to use it. The colors darken quickly as soon as you move away from a head-on viewing angle. The resolution is lower than claimed in the description. The arm to prop up the frame is constructed such that the frame leans too far back, which makes for a poor viewing angle. I have to push the buttons on the remote very hard several times before the picture frame receives the signal.
