Summary: I bought this frame as a birthday present for my mother. The pics transferred fairly easy, nice frame however the frame did drop on the floor and now I cant load on any more pics with the wire! Only with a usb stick, and my mother wont know how to change back and forth to see the pics, So a bit disappointed that it broke so fast
Summary: The biggest advantage between this frame and some of the less expensive ones is that this one has an internal hard drive... so you can store the photos ON the frame. Most of the cheaper ones have to have a USB drive constantly plugged in...which looks strange and cheap It also plays music, and has a remote control, which is really nice, and makes it easier for my mother in law to use.
Summary: I purchased this digital photo frame as a Christmas present (Dec 2013). As of early May, the backlight has burnt out. I attempted to contact Aluratek Tech Support to see if there is a way to replace the bulb, however, I was not willing to pay $30 just to get an answer! This picture quality is good, as long as you are directly in front of the frame.
Doesn't work well & the return process is too cumbersome

Summary: The file types it says that works with it don't all work. Then when I tried to return to amazon they said I had to go through manufacturer. Manufacturer won't accept return until you talk to their product/tech team. I work all day and couldn't get to calling them and when I finally did it was past the 30 day cut off. Now I'm stuck with it.
