  • Excerpt: I have been looking for a case for my Tamrom 70-300mm len. This case fits my lens perfect. It is well constructed and padded well, I will not worry about putting in my back pack, when I don't want to take my camera bag.

  • Excerpt: Excellent Case. Fits Nikon 16-35 FX perfectly, while the Nikon 70-300 FX fits but is a little tight on length. I have multiple Tamrac items and all have been very reliable.
  • Pros: Easily Accessible Equipment, Lightweight, Strong Construction

Well made

  • Excerpt: Go for the brand you need. Tamarac is top quality but don't try to fit it on a Lowepro bag. I like to wear a regular, non-photo backpack sometimes and these seperate lens cases make carrying the lenses worry free. I actually own a buch of them, three different sizes for my lenses.

Excellent

Mike, B&H Photo
30 January 2012
  • Excerpt: Have used Tamrac lenses for years without problems. I bought this one (I own an older version of the same model) to fit my canon 100mm macro- lens only, no hood. Fits like a glove. This size also fits the canon 10-22mm (lens only, no hood), but it's tight.
