  • Summary: When this bag at an event when in the process of deciding on a bag to purchase. Works well with an SLR, but definitely nothing larger than a Canon 20D. It fits fine, but you have to open the top fully to get it in or out.
  • Pros: Flexible, Good Storage, hidden belt strap
  • Cons: Camera Quick Access is hard to use

Nice small bag

  • Summary: I have another (big) Tamrac bag for several bodies and lenses, and wanted this one as a "weekend bag." I have in it an Oly E-500 w/ 2-lens kit & some filters. Could also fit charger, OR another lens, OR a flash, OR even my Canon Elura 65 miniDV camcorder. But not more than one of those extras.
  • Pros: Great "grab-and-go" type of SLR bag. Good construction, padding. Nice shoulder strap, easy convert to waist pack. (And of course newegg got it to me a day earlier than promised.)
  • Cons: Other review is correct: this is a smallish bag. If you have 3 lenses, or 2 lenses and an external flash, you may want to go bigger.

User Review

  • Summary: Bag was great at first then got very tight with my added accessories. Got very difficult to close the main flap when grip is attached. When I bought the hood for my walk around lens, 28-135mm IS, I was unable to pack it reverse attached on the lens.
