Excerpt: I bought this bag to replace old worn out bags. I can now carry all lenses, flash, and 2 bodies with ease. Everything has a spot and much better protection than before with older bags. The only drawback now is that it is much heavier to carry all my gear at one time.
Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Strong Construction, Well Padded
Excerpt: I have two camera bags w/ grips plus two extra lenses not to mention a lot of extra gear. I bought this bag as basically a base station for when im on trips, all by gear in this bag and just pull from the bag for hiking. First off, the bottom area isnt' as large as it shows so putting larger barrel lenses in there won't work if you have a pro dslr or a dslr w/ a grip.
Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Well Padded
Excerpt: I am a serious photo enthusiast and I bought this bag to replace an older bag of the same make and model on which the plastic buckles were starting to break from exposure and use. After almost a year I am pretty satisfied with the overall durability of the bag. The thing I have a problem is what Tamron changed in the newer model. The original model had an excellent concealed compartment behind the front pouch.
Excerpt: When I saw this bag online it looked much bigger than it does in person. It's actually not much bigger than my last bag (I wanted something bigger) so I was disappointed. The one thing I can say is that this bag has organized compartments for all my accessories, so it makes it much easier to find things . . .
Excerpt: For a photojournalist, this is a very durable bag. This replaces a the same model bag which was purchased in 2004. Compared to the previous Domke bag which I used before this bag lasted 10 years instead of 2. The only draw back is there is no place for a note pad without it hanging up on the inside pen pouches. Also, the snaps broke and zippers wore out way to soon. Also, I miss the older padded leather straps from the 1990's.
Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Lightweight, Strong Construction
Excerpt: Using this bag for the 1st time on tour... Overall it's fits my equipment well. Quick access to the front pocket was a little learning curve. I now use the sipper with the side latches and the velcro front, giving me better access to the front pocket for pens, passports etc. Side velcro pokers are a nice size for chargers, extra batteries and cables. I did change the strap out to an UPstrap for better grip.
Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Strong Construction, Well Padded
Excerpt: I have a small bag and a large backpack. I was looking for something that could support all my gear but wasn't sol bulky. This can hold my larger camera and plenty of lenses. And most importantly holds them securely. Things tend to slide around in the backpack.
Pros: Comfortable, Strong Construction, Well Padded
Excerpt: Just received this bag, I was ready for a change from my old bag, just about everything I have ever purchased from Tamrac has been good quality and this bag is made well also. However its way to small in my opinion for two bodies and glass, if you have any large primes or medium tele's forget it, they just don't fit and if you use hoods forget about it...
