Best bag I've had

Glasgow Jim, WEX
25 November 2014
  • Summary: This is a superb bag, but it's very large. I'm not at all sure it would qualify as carry-on hand luggage with many airlines, which is important to me. I would have liked detachable waist straps, which might have helped with this, and I'm actually considering cutting them off.
  • Pros: Adjustable Harness, Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Roomy, Strong Construction
  • Cons: Cumbersome

Perfect piece of equipment

jwillis411, WEX
20 May 2012
  • Summary: Perhaps a little bigger than I originally intended but none the less just what I wanted. I can now transport my camera and lenses in their individual cases with room to spare. The bag fits a Canon Rebel XS with 18-55 lense attached in its case, a 70-300, a 18-135 and equivilent sized lense, a 55-250 and a 55-200 lense with enough spare room for another 2 lenses of 55-200 equivilent size.
  • Pros: Adjustable Harness, Comfortable, Roomy

The weight of equipment is distributed evenly and the more than adequate padding ensuring comfort for the carrier and protection for the equipment. All items are easily accessible.

Takes the Hard Knocks

TJLane, WEX
30 April 2010
  • Summary: Bought the Expedition 8 for a recent oversees photo shoot in the townships of South Africa. I knew we would be on our feet for 8 hours a day in scorching weather needing all my kit and tripod and space to carry food and water. this is the most comfortable pack i have worn and protected all of my kit in the heat and dust.

Great bag if you need a big one

RobM, WEX
1 June 2009
  • Summary: I needed a large bag to hold all of my kit in one place and after looking around for a while this is the bag I went for. It's very well made, and comfortable to wear even when fully loaded. Protection is very good although it'll never be as rugged as a hard box hence only 4 stars.Inside it has useful pockets in the lid and a highly configurable storage space that is just enormous.
  • Pros: Comfortable to wear, excellent straps, good qualities zips, holds a 200-400 f4, Huge storage, lots of useful pockets, Very Robust
  • Cons: not sure how waterproof it would be

Romain E., DIGIT-PHOTO
21 August 2012

Immense

Alain F., DIGIT-PHOTO
29 December 2009
  • Summary: Un trés bon sac photos hyper pratique et trés grand. Alain.
