Summary: A great bag I've had for 3-4 years. Been around the world with it. Carries a couple bodies, 3 lenses, light meter, flash, laptop and tons of accessories. Very durable. Like folks say it's big, heavy and can attract attention of airline staff as carry on. If you stuff it, it won't fit in the overhead, particularly if you put a lot in the top zippered pocket. Lots of times I pull out the laptop and it goes into the overhead nicely.
Pros: Adjustable Harness, Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Strong Construction
Summary: I bought this backpack specifically for traveling to a photography workshop which I was flying to. Although this is a bit heavy when loaded with all your gear and laptop, I was able to get everything I needed for the trip in it. It has lots of great pockets and places to stash smaller gear as well as great interior camera/lens compartments. I would highly recommend this backpack for traveling.
Pros: Easily Accessible Equipment, Strong Construction
Summary: Wish the lenses stood upright like the height of the bag, instead of upright when the bag is laid down...would have made the bag less bulky. Otherwise, its great...holds ALOT of equipment securely and plenty of spaces/pockets for storing smaller items like batteries, cords.
Summary: I use this product when I need to bring all my gear on a trip with my laptop. It's very roomy with a deep compartments. I do like the tripod holder with adjustable straps for it.It's a litte tight in the laptop compartment. However I do manage to squeeze my 17in laptop in the paded comparment in the back. It is a BIG bag but it does fit in the overhead compartment in airplanes.
Pros: Adjustable Harness, Airline carry on, Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Holds up to 17in laptop, Lots of room, Strong Construction, Tripod holder, You can add accessories
Summary: This pack has ample room for all my gear. I am carrying two camera's with lenses attached, my flash, filters, memory cards, etc and have room to spare. The only issue I have is the zipper on the main compartment keeps separating. It isn't broken, but I have to re-zip that compartment.
Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Strong Construction
Summary: I'm pleased with this pack, for the most part. It's a monster in size, easily holding most of my gear: there's no 'good' place to carry the flash bracket. Though I prefer my Tenba 85 shoulder bag for carrying all my gear, this backpack fills the bill for cross-country hiking. My only real gripe is the add-on pockets: it'd be great to have a built-in strap pocket to carry a flashlight and compass (or GPS if you need that kind of guidance- which would also hold a cell...
