Excerpt: This bag is the perfect size to carry a Micro Four Thirds camera body, a few lenses, and accessories like a flash and spare memory card. It also has an iPad pocket and a useful front zip pocket for wallet, keys and other small items. The best thing about the Tamrac Rally 5 is that it looks more like a normal messenger bag than a camera bag.
Pros: Easily Accessible Equipment, Roomy, Strong Construction
Excerpt: Have been looking for a bag that could fit my 60D and a large video camera. This is the perfect size with just the right protection. I can also fit a tablet and a few other small items. Plus it does not scream "camera bag".
Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Strong Construction
Excerpt: This is the perfect size for me. Holds my Canon 60D with 15-85 lens, Canon 70-300L(with lens hood) and Canon 10-22 along with an iPad. It also has a pocket in the back which is useful for small papers, such as tickets. The strap is nice and comfortable. The buckle in the front is finicky when trying to close it. The handle is small and located on the back of the bag, which makes it awkward to carry the bag by the handle.
Excerpt: I wanted a bag that didn't look like a camera bag, this fits the bill perfectly. I think its pretty sharp. Construction seems very good. I also wanted to be able to carry my Nikon D3200 + 55-300 lens attached, which it does! The published dimensions were spot on. Room for two more shorter lenses (35mm, 10-24mm) Sb400 flash, and all the other small items you need to carry. About the only things its missing is a "stealth" open mode.
Excerpt: Needed a smalled bag for quick shoots and airport travel. This bag accomodates a FX DSLR (Nikon D800) with two lenses and a Flash. My ipad in an Otter Box fits very well. Ideally, bigger side pockets and a rain cover would make this a perfict travel bag.
Pros: Adjustable Harness, Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Roomy, Strong Construction
Excerpt: The back seemed well constructed, had good features and looked good, but it was thicker and a bit more bulky than I was looking for. I ended up returning it and purchasing the Tamrac Zuma 3 - 5723 which was narrower, has a zippered main compartment, and is a bit more sporty looking (less conspicuous as a camera bag).
Excerpt: Use: camera bag for non-SLR camera system - body and three lenses; water bottle, sun-glases Great: elastic side pockets hold and give quick and easy access to sun glasses, water bottle, ...; compartment width and depths are adjustable; Velcro to close bag; Not so great: closing the buckle is fiddly - there are more easy to operate (single handed) buckles around. Comment: wish there was a similar bag capable of holding 13" MacBook - next size up is 15" Laptop.
Excerpt: I chose this bag to house my new DSLR camera, lens and accessories...in part because I wanted a bag that didn't look like a camera bag....and this seemed to fit the bill. And it does...although in person it looks more like a camera bag...and less like a messenger bag than I'd hoped based on the photos and description. The construction is solid...the internal compartments are well padded...and very adjustable.
Pros: Adjustable Harness, Roomy, Strong Construction
