Excerpt: I've been a Tamrac bag user for over 30 years, and have nothing but positive things to say about them. A few years back, I had need of a small, messenger style bag to carry a small DSLR and two small zooms, and after looking at various options, decided to get a Tamrac 3442 Rally 2 camera bag. The bag has three compartments. In the middIe I used it to carry my Olympus E-600 with 18-180 zoom attached, and kept an ultra wide angle 9-18 zoom in the other large compartment.
Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Light weight, Strong Construction
Excerpt: The Tamrac Rally 2 camera bag is a good looking bag that is small and light. I found it to be a perfect size for my new Olympus om-d em-5 with up to 3 standard size lenses. If you use small primes or pancake lenses you can probably fit more. The bag seems to be well made with durable materials. I have two issues with the bag. First is that the plastic buckle for the flap is hard to use. They did not use a standard buckle design.
Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Strong Construction
Cons: Buckle is hard to use, Poorly positioned velcro
Excerpt: I bought this bag for a recent vacation. It worked perfectly for my Canon Rebel T2I and also had enough room for a canon 75-300mm lens. I just had to tuck the camera strap next to the lens. We could stuff a small water bottle in the side pocket and cell phones in front. You could also put the camera charger up front. I don't have much bad to say about it. I have a bigger bad that I use when I need more room.
Pros: Adjustable Harness, Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Strong Construction
Excerpt: I recently got this bag, but so far it's perfect for what I will need it for. I travel quite a lot and I love the structure and capability of it. It is compact and feels easy to carry. Amazing so far!
Pros: Comfortable Strap, Compact, Durable, Good for Travel
Excerpt: Bought this for my wife for Christmas. She loves it. It fits her SLR with stock lense, a 70-300 lense, 7 lense filters, extra battery, charger, cables, car charger, and even the camera strap fits on top. Great buy, will come back when the need arises.
Pros: Easily Accessible Equipment, Roomy, Strong Construction
Excerpt: I use this bag for my Canon EOS60D which it fits nicely. There is not much space for any additional equipment though. I also use it to store external hard drives when I travel. It is very helpful that you can organize the compartments inside to your needs with walls you can safely attach with velcro-bands. The overall quality of the bag is excellent. The strap is stitched to the bag and very sturdy.
