Excerpt: I do a lot of landscape photography. this bag is great, with its padded end for added protection, if it drops on rocks, I know my tripod is safe.
I really like that I can open just the end, or can unzip the length of the bag for easy, careful loading.
Excerpt: I use it with my manfrotto 190cxPro4 and 3D head 804RC2 on it. The bag fits well to this combination because it has a wider "head".
the zipper is well build, and you can see it is a good quality bag.
Excerpt: I had a third-party bag on my Manfrotto carbon fiber tripod with head. It never quite fitted well. This one, of course, does and is constructed well. I am very satisfied with it. However, in a rough environment, the padded bag would do the trick a lot better.
Excerpt: The bag is light, yet durable. Unlike the MBAG70N, this product does have an odd tapered look that makes it a bit bulky. The zippers around the padded top tend to snag when opening. Perhaps it will improve on constant use.
Excerpt: A very good fit for my Manfrotto 294 with a 3-way head.
One improvement I would make would be side pockets for things like a remote shutter release, an extra mounting plate or even a second head.
Excerpt: Nice bag for carrying tripod however unless need to carry over shoulder I would probably just carry the tripod without the bag for short trips. My 055CXPRO3 3-Section Carbon Fiber Tripod just barely fits in the bag with the head on it.
Excerpt: I needed a bag for my tripod which is a monfrotto and the ball head to carry at the same time. I don't like to remove the head every time and screw it back on every single time I'm carrying them. So I decided to buy this one and it fits both of them pretty well. It's sturdy and looks durable.
