Nice but bulky

  • Excerpt: I recently bought this bag and returned it... I like the backpack becuase is so spacious for all my gear that i have, its very well made and protect all your gears. In addition, its very bulky for my size and for my needs... The bag alone its a little heavy than i thought it will be..
  • Pros: Adjustable Harness, Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Roomy, Strong Construction

Good Day Pack

Hotel 26, B&H Photo
12 December 2012
  • Excerpt: Just received this pack to-day so this is just initial impressions. The good: Plenty of well padded and adjustable storage inside the main compartment. I love the neoprane grip handle on top. The Weather proof zips are strong but slow to zip up. The glide lock is good for adjusting the straps to the height of your tripod. The straps to secure your tripod head are a great idea and length.
  • Pros: Easily Accessible Equipment, Roomy
  • Cons: Single Stitching

So far so good

Photo Enthusiast waiting for Alaska trip, B&H Photo
23 August 2012
  • Excerpt: This is just the right size for my D7000, 70-300 lens, and other accessories. I need a few more lenses to fill it up. I bought it to take to Alaska and protect my gear from the elements. A couple things that I don't care for are the small mesh side pockets. Not big enough for filled water bottles in my opinion. It is also not very long so the waist band is too high on my long torso.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Strong Construction

Great traveling pack

jglaser757, B&H Photo
14 April 2010
  • Excerpt: This pack is perfect to carry a 70-200, a 24-70,a 100 mm macro and 16-36 with body,,and lens hoods. I battery charger, plenty of room for cleaning the camera and there is also a tripod holder. Not much room for a sandwich or other minor supplies while trekking thru the smokies,, but for airline travel, it's great!

Good choice - roomy but not huge

Malcolm, WEX
  • Summary: I wanted a bag that would hold my Nikon D7000 with Sigma 150-500 attached plus other lenses (18-200, 12-24, 105 macro). This bag does. It's a bit awkward to have camera and other lens with the Sigma detatched but it can be done quite easily. The laptop bit is big enough for bird books and other things. The slip-lock loops on the shoulder strap ought to be lower but all Lowepro things are the same there. The waist belt is too high for my liking.
