Excerpt: Lowepro has a very good toploader here. Sits real nice with the shoulder and waist strap that puts the bag at an angle for rapid, easy deployment. Can easily be slipped around waist to avoid rocks, people, etc. Well made and secure. Fits my d4s and 24-120 w/hood. Best without tripod plate as the fit is pretty tight with it. This bag is made exactly for what it's for; quick access to camera/lens - it's not a storage bag for all paraphernalia.
Excerpt: This camera bag fits my Canon 7D with a the battery grip and an EF-S 15-85mm lens attached. It provides quick and easy access with top load. It has plenty of extra pockets for filters and accessories without being too bulky.
Pros: Easily Accessible Equipment, Supports Lens Well, Well Padded
Excerpt: If you have a mid to large size DSLR and you just want a light, compact bag for a quick trip, this is the bag for you. It is very well padded and it holds my D600 with a MB-D14 and Nikkor 24-70mm 2.8 zoom lens attached very snuggly.
Excerpt: I use it to carry an Olympus OM-D E-M1 with grip and 12-40mm f/2.8 lens attached. There is enough room at the bottom to throw in the 17mm f/1.8. My FL-600R speedlight fits into the side zippered pocket. In the top zippered pocket I carry 2 additional batteries as well as AA's for the speedlight. I also carry extra memory cards, lens cleaning cloth, and a circular polarizing filter. I like the ability of quick access to the camera and accessories.
Pros: Easily Accessible Equipment, Lightweight, Well Padded
Excerpt: I own several LowePro products and this one is on par with the others. This bag seems a bit more padded than others. It also seems a bit big for the size camera/lens it can hold. I have a Nikon D7100 with 18-200 lens and the bag fits the camera well. There are several pockets for stuff but none of them are too roomy - I have trouble getting P-size filters in the pockets or anywhere else in the bag. Overall a good bag and I would get it again if I had it to do over again.
Excerpt: I bought this bag primarily for travel. It is much more convenient to carry on a plane and into crowded venues than my larger backpacks. It will easily accommodate my D80 with an 18-200mm zoom lens or my D700 with a 24-70mm zoom lens. It is very well made; it has several "pockets" for smaller items; and besides being water-resistant, it has a great integral rain cover.
