Summary: "I wanted a bag large enough to carry all of my gear and a 17 inch macbook. I ordered the d650aw and the crumpler brazillion dollar bags. The crumpler is a great bag but it is really heavy, it is hard to put items in the pockets since there are so tight and the interior space of the crumpler isn't proportionate to the exterior size. The d650aw is very roomy inside without being extremely bukly outside. It will fit all of my camera gear easily.
Summary: "As a travel bag to haul both computer gear and pro level photo gear this is a very good bag. I can get the D700, D200, 5 lenses, 15" Lenovo laptop, Flash, lightmeter, power bricks, cables, CF collection, USB disk, lens cleaning gear, Ipod, PDA, all the odds and ends from both the computer bag and the camera bag into one case. This fits over the handle on the carry on and away we go. This is used to get around the 2 bag limit on airlines.
Summary: I returned it and ordered the D550 AW because it was WAY TOO BIG. I don't know what use a bag this big would do other than transport gear. A shoulder strap on this bag is a back breaker. Pros: Quality made, Strong enough for pro glass, and anything you could think of Cons TOO BIG Half the size of me MY review for the D550 AW Yes and amen. This has been an answer to my dream bag.
Summary: This is the perfect bag for holding my equipment, which includes 2 camera bodies (Canon EOS 40D and 50D, 3 lenses, (Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS, Canon EF 17-40mm f/4L, and a Canon EF 50mm f/1.8), a Canon 430EX flash, 2 battery chargers, and 2 additional Lowepro compact flash cases, plus a 15.4 inch Dell laptop. My only concern, is if I'll be able to get this on an airplane as carry on luggage. GREAT BAG!
Summary: I got this bag so I could carry my 200 to 500 zoom while attached to my Canon on a recent trip to Arizona., which it did quite well. It is roomy enough to carry 2 digital cameras with lenses attached, plus a ton of other stuff. My only complaint is that, with the bag full of camera gear, that it ends up weighing too much to carry.
Pros: Easily Accessible Equipment, Strong Construction, Well Padded
Summary: "This bag provides great protection for my digital camera gear (body, lenses, flash) when I travel, and also allows me to carry my laptop, business items, and everything that usually goes in a briefcase, including chargers and cell phone. It fits under the seat on commuter jets. It is possible to load it up to the point where you have too much, so be judicious.
