A very good camera bag, a real good deal

10 November 2012
  • Excerpt: I bought this camera bag for my new D800E. It's a really good deal, which I found the cheaptest price. The bag has a good quality and very durable. It's roomy enough to contain the camera body and 4-5 additional lens.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Roomy, Strong Construction
  • Cons: Heavy

Nice bag

8 November 2012
  • Excerpt: Quality bag. Good price. Good for carrying and shooting for a short time then putting gear back into bag. Will likely not be comfortable to carry for extended periods If fully loaded but that would be true if any shoulder bag or sling. A backpack would be more comfortable but usually means less convenient access to gear, and to carry the amount if gear this bag holds in a lowepro fastback backpack would require a much bigger bag.
  • Pros: Easily Accessible Equipment, Roomy, Strong Construction

Ideal size

19 September 2012
  • Excerpt: I use this to carry a Nikon D800, 24-85mm VR, 70-300mm VR, 50mm/f1.8 fixed, SB600 strobe, chargers for everthing, filters, cable release, and off-camera flash cabling and accessories. I prefer carrying my laptop in a dedicated briefcase, so the D400 bag is ideal for my uses.
  • Pros: Adjustable Harness, Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Strong Construction

This bag is giant!!

14 August 2012
  • Excerpt: I love how giant this bag is, and I can easily hold 2 dslr bodies, my 70-200mm, 24-70mm, and 14-24mm easily. The straps in the back easily and securely allows this bag to slip through the handlebars of my camera suitcase so it's very portable when I am wheeling my equipment to weddings and I don't have to lug the bag on my shoulder.
  • Pros: Adjustable Harness, Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Roomy, Strong Construction
  • Cons: Pockets are not zippered

My Daytip Bag of choise

Degies, B&H Photo
22 June 2012
  • Excerpt: I got the LowePro AW400 Stealth reporter some time ago specifically for day walks or quick outings. It fits a ton of stuff and get almost everything my AW450 Roller does into this bag. I find it quite handy in moving between crowds, sport events and so on although I must say if you pack as much and heavy as I do your shoulder does take some strain. Good thing it has a wide and well padded strap to carry.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Roomy, Strong Construction
  • Cons: No Side Pouch

Very Solid Bag

2 March 2012
  • Excerpt: I am a professional photographer and needed a bigger bag so i could keep all my gear safe. I had the smaller version of this bag, the D300 AW and it was great but i just ended up having too much stuff. The D400 holds all my gear. 5d Mark II 70-200 2.8 50 1.4 16x35 Two cases of AA's Power pack Cards Small reflector 580ex II etc... The bag is well made and will just devour all your stuff.
